How long do we keep your personal information?

Boom graphic design & marketing will not retain your personal information longer than necessary:

 

For information submitted via a website form, by email or by phone which does not lead to instructions to provide our services - we keep this information 12 months max.

 

When you request to be added to our marketing database, your information will be kept for the duration of your consent (to be deleted upon consent being withdrawn).

 

For information provided to us in the course of providing our services, we usually keep for 7 years from the closure of the project unless otherwise stated.

 

If legally required or if it is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms and Conditions, we may also retain some of your information for a limited period of time as required, even after it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.

 

In the event that you ask us to stop sending you direct marketing / other electronic communications, we will keep your name on our internal suppression list to ensure that you are not contacted again.
